The big picture
The pitch deck
A short introduction to the mission, gaps in access to mental health support, proposed features, and possible business model. This is the starting point for understanding the idea.
Personal pages. Open questions. Ideas waiting for their moment.
Take a look insideA little more personal
Some things begin with a question. Others begin with the hope that what I have learned might help someone else. This is where I share a little of both.
01 / An idea in my drawer
Concept stageAn idea for technology that helps people understand themselves.
PsyberGuardian is my concept for a personalized mental wellness companion. The idea brings together AI conversations, guided learning, emotional awareness, and goal tracking to help people explore the patterns behind their thoughts and behavior.
I also explored possibilities such as biometric feedback, mood forecasting, and virtual reality. For now, it lives in these documents as a product idea still in my drawer.

A closer look
The thinking behind the concept: product features, market research, competitive analysis, revenue ideas, and a phased roadmap. It also explores privacy, regulatory considerations, and the team and resources a future launch would need.
02 / A guide I wrote
Personal writingWritten with the hope of helping others on their healing journey.
A personal guide to exploring your inner world, from written and video journaling to reflecting on emotional patterns, rebuilding boundaries, and finding your own sense of agency.
Across its chapters, I explore intuition and body awareness, creating a safe space, resilience, and self-forgiveness. It closes with a toolkit that brings together self-care, supportive relationships, and seeking professional help.
