Systems thinking with hands on execution

Nina Sokolov
Hi! I'm Nina Sokolov

I think in systems. I define what a product needs to do, how information should move through it, where it can fail, what should be automated, and where human judgment still matters.

My work connects AI, software architecture, business intelligence, education, psychology and project leadership. I look for patterns across people, data and technology, then turn those patterns into practical systems and better decisions.

I build end to end: product thinking, interface, backend, data, integrations, automation, infrastructure, testing and documentation. My instinct is simple: understand the system, question the assumptions, find the pattern, then build what works.

WORKING SYSTEM

AI AS MY
TEAM

I start with the problem, define the architecture and use AI as a set of specialists. I test tools before I trust them in production, then build from evidence instead of assumptions.

Meet the team

I do not use every model for the same thing. I define the solution first, then assign each part to the model that handles that type of work best.

Codex
Deep backend and infrastructure work
Claude Code
Frontend, debugging and test coverage
GPT
Product thinking, planning, specifications and documentation
Copilot
Specific implementation after the solution is defined

Test first, plan second

Before choosing a new technology or model, I actually build with it and push its limits. I identify what it is good at, where it introduces risk, and whether it fits the architecture I need.

EvaluateTest the technology against the real system need
CompareFind which AI model works with it most reliably
Reduce riskFace failures in research instead of production
ExecuteMove quickly once the limits are known

AI where it helps, deterministic where it does not

Not every system needs AI inside it. Sometimes a deterministic script is the better solution. When AI adds value, I use model APIs as services inside the product for document processing, classification, analysis and automation.
